Dr. Rodrigo Alves Anaya
A graduate in Law from Universidade Paulista (UNIP) in 2002, Rodrigo Alves Anaya has practiced law since 2003 and has been with the firm since 2006.
He holds a specialization in Family and Succession Law from the São Paulo Law School (ESA/SP) and in Labor Law and Procedure, in light of the Labor Reform, from OAB/UNISC — Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul/RS.
A member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section, and of the São Paulo Bar Association (AASP), he leads ANAYA's practice in family, succession, estate, contractual, corporate, and litigation matters.

A graduate in Law from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, Beat Walter Rechsteiner holds a Master's degree in International Law from the University of São Paulo and a Doctorate in Law from the University of Zurich.
He is licensed to practice law in Brazil and Switzerland. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section, the São Paulo Bar Association (AASP), and the Swiss Bar Association.
An author of books and articles published in national and international specialized journals, he has built his career in the fields of Private International Law, International Civil Procedure Law, Civil Law, and Business Law.
At ANAYA, he serves as a consultant on matters involving cross-border legal relationships, interests in Switzerland, and complex international issues.
